How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for most items, and 4+ weeks for peak dates (school holidays, long weekends, Christmas/New Year). Some popular items like photo booths and LED floors can be booked up 3 months ahead.
Do you set up the hire items?
Yes! Setup is included in all packages. For individual item hires, setup is available as an add-on from $50. We'll discuss this when you enquire. Our team will arrive 1–2 hours before your event starts to ensure everything is perfectly arranged.
What if something gets damaged?
We understand accidents happen at parties. A refundable damage bond is held at the time of booking — typically 20% of the hire value. If items are returned in good condition, the bond is fully refunded within 3 business days.
Can I pick up hire items myself?
Most items can be picked up from our Melbourne warehouse to save on delivery costs. However, large or fragile items (flower walls, LED floors, photo booths) require our team to deliver and set up for safety and quality reasons.
Do you provide items for outdoor events?
Yes! Many of our hire items work outdoors. We'll advise on weather considerations and, where relevant, require a backup weather plan for precious items like flower walls and neon signs. Please mention outdoor setup in your enquiry.
What areas do you service?
We primarily service Greater Melbourne and surrounds (up to 60km from CBD). For events further afield, please contact us — we may be able to accommodate regional events with adjusted delivery pricing.
Can I see the items before I hire?
Absolutely. We encourage viewings at our Melbourne showroom — just book a time that suits you. We can also provide detailed photos of any specific items on request via email or Instagram.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a $50 admin fee. Cancellations within 7–14 days receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, no refund applies but we offer a full credit for a future booking valid 12 months.
