Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, flat-rate shipping of $8.95 applies Australia-wide.

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at any time from our order tracking page.

We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@partybureau.com.au with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging. Perishable items (like custom-printed goods) cannot be returned unless faulty.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and school holidays. For major events (weddings, milestone birthdays), 4–6 weeks is ideal.

Delivery and pickup fees depend on your location and the items hired. Contact us for a personalised quote — we service all of Melbourne metro and select regional areas.

A refundable damage bond is required for all hire items. The bond is returned within 5 business days after safe return of all items in good condition.

The vast majority of our products are in stock and ready to ship. If an item shows "Pre-order" or "Low stock", it's indicated on the product page.
