Returns Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
- Personalised, custom-printed, or perishable items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only (not cash refund) unless faulty.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
How to return: Email hello@partybureau.com.au with your order number and reason. We'll send you a prepaid return label (for faulty items) or return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging to hello@partybureau.com.au.
- If we sent you the wrong item, we'll arrange a free replacement and prepaid return label immediately.
- Replacement or refunds for damaged goods are processed within 1–2 business days of your report.
